We conducted a series of practical tests on our universal DTF film, focusing on key aspects of its use in real-world conditions:
The tests showed excellent ink absorption by the film, resulting in high-quality and vivid prints. The film evenly accepts the ink, ensuring sharp and saturated colors. The coating responsible for ink absorption is perfectly distributed across the entire surface of the film. The film does not have any breaks or differences in coating thickness. This problem often occurs in cheap films.
Tests have shown that the film does not bend or wrinkle under the influence of high temperature during the melting of polyurethane powder. Unlike many competitive products, our universal DTF film does not bend, wrinkle or deform at high temperatures.
The film performs perfectly when transferring small details, maintaining the sharpness and readability of even the smallest graphic elements. Moreover, our universal film does not compromise on quality compared to traditional Cold peel film, offering additional flexibility in the application process.
Tests of large prints have shown even application. The print is embedded evenly, without any problems. Removing the film after embedding the transfer transfers the entire print without any difficulties, regardless of the size of the graphic. Large surfaces maintain full consistency and image quality, without visible differences between the center and edges of the print.
We have checked the process of peeling the print off the film after embedding it in the fabric. The results show that the print transfers completely and evenly, without leaving any residue on the film or inaccuracies in the transfer of the pattern.
Our tests have shown that the film can be safely removed after 2 seconds from embedding the print in the material. Moreover, removing the film after complete cooling also does not cause any problems. The print comes off the film without any resistance, even several hours after embedding. This feature significantly accelerates the production process, which is invaluable for large orders or situations requiring quick realization.
The film can be removed with both fast and slow movements.
After removing the film, the print is characterized by an elegant, matte finish. The lack of gloss gives the prints a professional look and increases their visual attractiveness.
The external matte layer significantly reduces static electricity during printing. This minimizes the risk of powder sticking to non-printed areas, ensuring cleanliness.
The matte surface prevents the film from slipping on the printer's table, ensuring stability during the printing process. The film lies stably on the printer's table and does not slide as easily as a single-sided matte film, ensuring accurate printing and reducing the risk of errors resulting from film displacement.
Our film is flawlessly recognized by popular desktop printers, such as the L1800. The milky color of the film ensures reliable detection by the printer's sensors, eliminating the problem of rolling the film without printing, often encountered with cheaper, transparent films.
