The DTF powder with an antistatic additive has been developed to achieve clean and precise prints. During DTF printing, the film, rollers, and guides often become electrically charged due to friction, causing fine powder particles to stick in random areas, including places without print. After heat pressing, these particles can melt and transfer onto the fabric, creating visible spots and reducing the aesthetic quality of the print.

Thanks to its special antistatic formula, the powder adheres only to the printed areas, ensuring clean design edges, a smooth print surface, and a professional final result.

During the DTF printing process, the film, rollers, and guides often become electrically charged due to friction and movement through the printer. The accumulated electrostatic charge causes fine adhesive powder particles to stick in random areas, including places where there is no print. After heat pressing, these particles can melt and transfer onto the fabric, resulting in visible powder spots and reducing the aesthetic quality of the print.

Thanks to its special antistatic formula, our powder effectively eliminates this issue by preventing the buildup of electrostatic charges on the film surface. As a result, the powder adheres only to the printed areas, ensuring clean design edges, a perfectly smooth print surface, and a professional final effect.
